John Octavianus

John began his career at Deloitte as an external auditor and started his investment banking career in 2010. He plays a significant role in many IPO, rights issue, IDR corporate bond, and reverse takeover transactions in Indonesia. He has gained experiences in investment banking since working with Indo Premier Sekuritas as associate (2010 – 2012), Maybank Kim Eng Sekuritas as manager (2012 – 2013), UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas as senior manager (2013 – 2016), RHB Sekuritas Indonesia as vice president (2016 – 2018), then re-joined UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas as head of investment banking (2018 – 2019). Furthermore, he is the founder and CEO of Marvel Investama.

John graduated from Faculty of Economic, Universitas Indonesia with Bachelor of Economics in Accounting (2008) and has passed CFA exam Level 2.

Maria Clara Jessica

Jessi commenced her first working experience as an intern in Astra Property Group (2019). As she moved to investment banking sector, she utilises her skills in finance by assisting projects such as, pre-IPO restructuring, IPO, group restructuring, connecting clients, and corporate actions advisory in investment banking sector at Marvel Investama.

She managed to accomplish her Bachelor of Management in global corporate finance and banking at Pelita Harapan University (2020).

Senior Associate

Timotius Tomi

Timotius started his first working experience as an intern in Antam Logam Mulia (2019). He managed to get his bachelor degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung (2020). As he moves to Investment Banking sector, he utilizes his analytical and research skills to assist several projects such as pre-IPO restructuring, IPO, reverse take over, and corporate action advisory at Marvel Investama.

Akbar Priyonggo

Akbar started his first working experience as UX Research and Design at Apple Developer Academy. As he moved to investment banking sector, he utilizes his broad range of skill set to assist several projects such as pre-IPO restructuring, IPO, and corporate action advisory. He managed to get his Bachelor of Accounting degree from Universitas Bina Nusantara with honor (2022).
